As you know, I recently interviewed with SCS, a large Chicago-based company, for a position in their human resources department. This opportunity would enable me to leverage my legal experience in HR issues, my communication skills, and my ability to work as part of a team. SCS is a $100 million consumer products firm that needs additional legal expertise in their HR department. During my interview, I met with the Executive Vice President of HR and several other SCS executives, including the Company’s Chief Counsel.
For this position, SCS is seeking an attorney who has at least three years experience working at a large law firm and has expertise in HR issues. Additionally, the Company has emphasized that this person must possess excellent communication skills and be a team player.
