Since you’ve been out of town, I wanted to give you a brief update on the “Client Refocus” project. Overall, this effort is going well—on time and on budget. But, based on what we heard from one client CEO, I’d like to recommend that we interview two additional executives.
Recently, we’ve learned that our largest clients might prefer meetings twice a year instead of our current yearly session. During the first quarter meeting, we would continue to discuss our performance and how we could improve. One CEO, Carl Jones of ABC Corp, also suggested that we met an additional time in order to obtain our suggestions on cost control.
Given Carl’s position in the industry, we may want to interview two other client CEOs to see whether they share his perspective. If you agree, we could meet with Anthony Taylor of RX Inc.and Michael Gross of the Mandelbaum Corporation.
