Felicia Zimmerman, Fast Track English Expert: For over twenty years, through her own consulting firm, Felicia has advised corporate executives and senior managers on how to communicate effectively in a host of situations, including presenting to senior management teams, testifying before Congress, and executing their strategies. She published Reinvent Your Work (Dearborn/Washington Post, 2001) and has appeared on CNN and National Public Radio and contributed to Harvard Business School Working Knowledge and other publications. Felicia serves as an Advisor to the Connecticut chapter of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology (CAST-CT) and is also a member of the North American Chinese Entrepreneurs Association (NACEA). She has a B.A. from Smith College and an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and is also conversant in Mandarin Chinese.
